What is abusive material?
Abusive material includes any hosted file that contains, or links to, content that is obscene or abusive. This includes content that depicts:
- Acts of hatred of violence
- Non-consensual sexual acts
- Child pornography
- Bestiality
- Fraudulent promotions, services, goods, or information
Abusive material also includes files that may damage, interfere with, intercept or expropriate any system, program or data, including:
- Viruses
- Trojan horses
- Worms
- Other malware
What IS NOT considered abusive material?
Images, videos, or audio files that would be legal for the owner/depicted person(s) to publish are NOT considered abusive material. Rather, these are most likely copyright infringements, and as such, please submit a DMCA notice.
Copyright infringements, license infringements, and pirated content are NOT considered abusive material. Instead, please submit a DMCA notice.
